Todd joined Blackhawk Bank in 1998 as Vice President, Commercial Lender and began leading the Business Banking division in 2003, and later leading the Credit team as Chief Credit Officer. Todd brings more than 40 years of banking to his current role as the Community Market President in the Rockford, IL area. His experience covers all aspects of commercial banking, credit analysis, loss mitigation, retail loan underwriting, and mortgage underwriting. He also excels in major and complex equipment loans, commercial building and business loans, business development and business start-ups, Small Business Administration (SBA) loans, lean office/manufacturing processes, and cash flow and credit improvements.
Todd is a graduate of the University of Illinois and Graduate School of Banking in Madison, WI. He is involved with the Cosmopolitan Club of Belvidere, Women of Today’s Manufacturing, and Rock River Valley Machining & Tooling Association.
