Tasha began her career in the financial industry in 1993 and joined Blackhawk Bank as the Vice President Regional Banking Center Manager in August 2019. She attended Rock Valley College and obtained her Business Management certification and IBA Branch Management Series. In addition, Tasha is a graduate of the Belvidere Chamber Leadership Program, Rockford Chamber Leadership Program and Rockford Leadership Alliance.

Tasha has two wonderful children, her daughter, Taylor and her late son, Tyler. Tasha enjoys boating and spending quality time with family and friends at their cottage in Wisconsin. She also enjoys her three pet donkeys - Jo, Riley and Guido!
