The Convenience of Debit MasterCard

Use your Debit Card for purchases wherever you see the MasterCard® logo. Just swipe your card, enter your PIN or sign a sales slip; the amount is automatically deducted from your checking account.Youíll get a receipt, plus youíll see your transactions (date, place and amount) in NetTeller and on your statement.
Use your card at ATMs all across the U.S. or internationally. Debit MasterCard® clients enjoy a wide network of fee-free ATMs locally. With Easy Money Checking, use your card anywhere. Out-of-network ATM fees are refunded (up to $25 per statement cycle) when you meet the qualifications.
What to do if your Debit MasterCard is lost or stolen:
Login to your NetTeller Account > click the Options tab > click the ATM/Debit Card tab. Check the box under Lost/Stolen, then click Submit.
When the next screen appears, click Submit once again and the card will be closed immediately. A new card will automatically be ordered for you and mailed to your current address on file with the bank. If you would not like to receive a new card, contact Client Services at 866-771-8924 or firstname.lastname@example.org within one business day of the card closure. Please note: Cards that have been report as Lost/Stolen may not be reactivated.

If your card is lost or stolen, your liability for fraudulent activity is limited if you report it right away.
Debit Card Safety
When youíre traveling, we recommend that you call the Bank to let us know that your debit card usage will change so that we can alert the Fraud Center. Youíll want the Center to know that your card use in other states during this time isnít an attempt at fraudulent use of your card.
We also recommend that you carry alternative payment solutions should your debit card not be readable for any reason:
Credit card: Pay in full each month to avoid paying interest, either by using Blackhawk Bankís Bill Pay or your cardís online payment feature.
Write Checks: Theyíre widely accepted with proper ID.
Recommendations for Recurring Payments from Your Checking Account:
NetTeller Bill-Pay Service: For recurring payments, we recommend using online Bill Pay. Itís totally free and can be set up to pay on a recurring basis, or for one-time payments.
Account Debits: Use your checking account number and Blackhawk Bankís Routing Number 275971854. Instruct service providers to automatically debit your account for monthly payments of utilities, phone, subscriptions, etc.
