Cha brings over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry to Blackhawk Bank. He has an extensive lending and client services background as a Mortgage Lender, Personal Banker, Admin Coordinator, and Branch Manager.
Vincent attended college at the University of Wisconsin – Sheboygan and previously held the title of Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Hmong Mutual Assistance Association of Sheboygan. Cha has a passion for working with non-profit organizations and plans to continue serving non-profits in the Rock County communities.
