May 11, 2021 (Roscoe, IL) - Brenten Witherby, Senior Vice President Business Banking, and Josh Houghton, Vice President Business Banking, have joined the Blackhawk Bank Business Banking Team at the Roscoe Banking Center, located at 5506 Clayton Circle, Roscoe, IL 61073.
With over a decade of experience in the financial industry, Witherby brings expertise in Small Business Administration (SBA) lending, business development, and construction lending. He has established himself as a trusted lender through his ability to grow relationships.
He has a strong a connection to the Winnebago county area, and has dedicated his time to helping grow the Rockford community. He is currently a Director of the Rockford Local Development Corporation, as well as a Director for the Rosecrance Foundation.
Houghton has been in the financial industry for over two decades, starting as a Personal Banker and moving through the ranks to Business Banking. His experience in business development has helped him to maintain client relationships, and provide clients with exceptional support.
Houghton has been active in Winnebago County for several years, and has been a member of the Rockton School Board since 2015, currently serving as Vice President. In 2010, he was the recipient of the ’40 Leaders Under 40’ by the Rockford Chamber of Commerce.
