October 28, 2019 (Rockford, IL) – Blackhawk Bank recently welcomed Tasha Ferguson as Vice President Regional Banking Center Manager. In her role with Blackhawk Bank she is responsible for the day-to-day operations, management and mentorship of the Retail Banking Teams in Rockford, Belvidere and Machesney Park.
Ferguson has been in the banking industry for 26 years, with experience in Retail and Project Management. Diligent in remaining an effective leader and mentor, she obtained her Business Management Certification and IBA Branch Management Series. She is also a graduate of the Belvidere Chamber Leadership Program, Rockford Chamber Leadership, and Rockford Leadership Alliance.
She is committed to the communities in which she serves. She acts as secretary of the Belvidere North High School Booster Club and is a retired board member of Boone County CASA. In addition, she assists with community organizations and events such as the Northern Illinois Food Bank, Build-A-Bike, Hometown Christmas and Junior Achievement, just to name a few.
