A graduate of Rasmussen College, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Jennings has 20 years of experience in banking. She holds accreditation as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager and Certified Community Bank Information Technology Officer. She specializes in Regulatory compliance, BSA/AML compliance, Compliance management systems, Fair Lending, and Community Reinvestment Act.
She puts her expertise to use as Vice President of Chicagoland Compliance Association and as a member of the Northern Illinois Compliance Association and the Institute of Certified Bankers.
