December 5, 2018 (Janesville, WI) – Joe Shere joined Blackhawk Bank as Assistant Vice President, Business Banking at the Janesville Banking Center located at 2525 Milton Ave., Janesville.
Shere has been in the banking industry for more than 15 years, with experience in retail bank management, consumer lending and commercial lending. His experience has allowed him to become well-versed in growing and managing portfolios.
As a University of Wisconsin alumni, he received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. In 2018, he was inducted into the UW - Whitewater Hall of Fame for baseball.
Shere stays active outside of work by volunteering with the Janesville Noon Rotary. He is also an avid outdoorsman, where he spends time with his wife, three year old son and five year old twin son and daughter.
