Meet Joseph Magnelli

With over 3 decades of experience in the financial services industry, Joe has an extensive mortgage lending background with expertise in real estate investment, building, rehab and rentals. An experienced business developer, Joe’s focus is on both deepening existing client relationships and forming new relationships. His proactive approach to helping clients succeed financially begins with asking questions and providing recommendations based on his clients’ needs. Joe truly enjoys this client collaboration and it is evident in his consistency to not only meet, but exceed expectations.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago. Since, he’s been recognized as a Branch Manager of the Year and with ‘Leaders Club’ status, a recognition given to the top loan officers in the field. In addition to his many awards, Joe is a community advocate, devoting much of his time to supporting the United Way.

Joe is fluent in Italian and enjoys cooking and gardening in his free time. He loves traveling with his wife and son, and listens to all types of music. A self-proclaimed automobile aficionado, Joe loves riding his Harley during the summer.
