Andy and his wife, Chanin, have two children and live in Winnebago, IL. During his free time, Andy enjoys camping, trap shooting, and fantasy football. Before his career in banking, Andy was the Assistant General Manager for the Rockford Cubbies for seven years. He served under the direction of then-Chicago Cubs President, John McDonough. Upon leaving the Rockford Chamber, former Rockford Mayor Doug Scott proclaimed November 23, 2004 as Andy Williams Day!
