Years of Experience
Dan has been in the banking industry for nearly three decades. He began his banking carrier in 1991 in Retail and Consumer Banking. In 2001, he transitioned into Business Banking, where he guides clients through their financial opportunities and options to enhance and grow their businesses.
Dan's thoughtful and helpful nature, mixed with his outgoing and quick-humored personality, is a winning combination when developing relationships with new and existing clients. Known for his attention to detail and focus on clients, Dan has the expertise and determination to see businesses, their owners, and their employees succeed.
Education
Dan earned his Bachelor Degree from Barat College of DePaul University. He attended McHenry County College, receiving his Associates Degree, before moving on to Barat College. In addition, Dan completed Master Level Courses in Accounting, Finance and Marketing, from Webster University.
Within the banking industry, Dan has received extensive training in accounting, credit, underwriting, commercial & real estate lending, healthcare lending and treasury management.
Volunteer Efforts
Dan is civically engaged in the McHenry area as a volunteer and Ambassador for the McHenry Area Chamber of Commerce. He also volunteers on the Allocation Panel for United Way of McHenry County.
He is a past volunteer of the American Cancer Society and past-president of the Relay for Life of Northern McHenry County.
Hobbies and Interests
When out of the office, Dan can be found playing for the Crystal Lake Force Men's Football Club and enjoying golf "on his good days." Along with his wife, son and daughter, he enjoys family vacations, tennis and bike riding.
