Friday, July 19, 2019 all First National Bank locations will officially assume the Blackhawk Bank name.
Friday, July 19 through Monday, July 22, 2019 is Conversion Weekend. During Conversion Weekend, we will be converting our systems and transitioning First National Bank (FNB) account holder information into Blackhawk Bank's systems.
Below is an overview of important times and dates to consider during conversion weekend. All times are Central Standard Time (CST). For complete details on these and other conversion topics, please view Your Guide to Bank Accounts and Services.
You may continue to use your First National Bank Visa Check Card throughout conversion weekend. We recommend carrying an alternative form of payment for emergencies. First National Bank Visa Check Cards and ATM Cards will no longer be valid after 2:00 a.m. on Monday, July 22nd.
If you had an open and active First National Bank Visa Check Card or ATM Card, you will receive a new Blackhawk Bank Debit Mastercard and/or ATM card by the week of July 15th. You will receive your Personal Identification Number (PIN) for your new card, in a separate mailing. If the PIN is not received or gets misplaced, please stop by any Blackhawk Bank location to reset your PIN on or after Monday, June 22nd.
If you authorized companies to use your First National Bank VISA Check Card as a payment source or you have recurring payments that get debited from your account through your card, you will want to provide those companies with your new Blackhawk Bank Debit Mastercard information.
On or around 8:00 a.m. on Monday, July 22nd, you may activate and begin using your Blackhawk Bank Debit Mastercard or ATM Card.

On Friday, July 19th at 3:00 p.m., First National Bank's Online Banking access will be in "View Only" mode. During conversion, you First National Bank online banking is anticipated to reflect your balance as of 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 19th. We recommend you download or record your account history, eStatements, recurring transfers and bill pay information, prior to July 19th.
Transfers, Bill Pay and Money Movement Services will be disabled. Any pre-scheduled and recurring online bill payments from the First National Bank online system will continue to process even though access will not be available during conversion weekend.
On or around 8:00 a.m. on Monday, July 22nd, you can begin accessing your accounts through Blackhawk Bank's online banking system, known as NetTeller.
Click on "Login", located in the upper right corner of this website. The first time you login, you will use your First National Bank Online Banking User ID and the last four digits of your Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number. If you need assistance with your login, please contact a Blackhawk Bank Client Services representative at 866.771.8924.
On Friday, July 19th at 3:00 p.m., First National Bank's Mobile and Text Banking will be disabled. You can uninstall the FNB McHenry Mobile Banking App at that time.
You may access your Blackhawk Bank accounts through the Blackhawk Bank Mobile App, on or around 8:00 a.m. on Monday, July 22nd. Be sure to set up notifications and alerts to your preferences.
At 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 19th, First National Bank Mobile Deposit will be disabled and will no longer accept Mobile Deposits.
Mobile Deposit Customers may begin making Mobile Deposits through the Blackhawk Bank Mobile app on or around 8:00 a.m on Monday, July 22nd. Please Note: You must enroll for this service within Blackhawk Bank's NetTeller before you are able to make Mobile Deposits.
At 3.00 p.m. on Friday, July 19th, your ability to pay bills through First National Bank's Online Banking will be disabled. Pre-scheduled and recurring online bill payments set up through First National Bank's Online Banking system will continue to process during conversion weekend.
All payee information and history, which is stored in First National Bank's Online Banking is anticipated to be available through Blackhawk Bank's NetTeller Bill Pay system at or around 8:00 a.m. on Monday, July 22nd.
Please Note: Online Bill Pay Checks are not debited from your account immediately. Bill Pay Checks are debited from your account after being received and processed by the payee recipient.

First National Bank's Telebanc service will be placed into "Inquiry Only" mode at or around 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 19th. Transactions and balances will no longer update after that time. Telebanc will be disconnected on Monday, July 22nd.
Blackhawk Bank's 24/7 Bank-by-Phone service will be available at or around 8:00 a.m. on Monday, July 22nd. Bank-by-Phone is accessible at 888.769.2600. You will be asked to establish a Personal Identification Number (PIN) the first time you access this service. Follow the prompts to do so.
The final statement for your First National Bank account(s) will process on Friday, July 19th. All final statements will be a hard copy and mailed to the address that is on file, even if you are signed up for eStatements.
New statement cycles will begin for account converted into Blackhawk Bank, on Monday, July 22nd.
