How much does Card Management cost, and where can I get it?
It’s free! Simply download the Blackhawk Bank Mobile Banking App, from Google Play or the App Store, and create or login to your Online Banking account. Once you login to your Online Banking account, you will land on what’s called the Dashboard. Scroll down and you will locate the Card Management section.

How many debit cards can I manage?
Any debit cards under your record will automatically show in Card Management, and can be managed.

How do I turn my card On and Off?
In the Card Management section of your Online or Mobile Banking, click on the card you would like to manage. Next, click on the green toggle button to turn your card off and on. Please note: If your card is turned off for 60 days or more, your card may be deactivated and deleted.

What happens when I turn my card Off?
All transactions (other than recurring transactions) will be denied, giving you the flexibility to control when your card can be used. Should fraud occur, contact the Bank to permanently close your card.

What are Alerts & Protections?
Alerts and protections allow you to manage your card notification settings and protection options.
     • Notification settings: You can choose which notifications you want and where you receive      them. You can choose to be notified via email address, text message or in-app message of any blocked or processed transactions.
     • Protection options: Protection options allow you to block transactions or receive notifications based on Locations, Merchant Types and Transaction Types.

How do Location preferences work?
To utilize the Locations protection option, your phone’s location feature must be set to allow. You have the ability to block international transactions or receive notifications on international transactions.

I received a NEW debit card after setting my previous card’s preferences. Now what?
If you receive a new card with the same number, no action is needed. If you receive a new card with a different number, all preference settings will need to be updated.

I’m traveling outside the United States, will my transaction amount show in the foreign currency amount or in US Dollars?
When traveling to an area that does not operate in US Dollars, the transaction alert generated to your mobile device may show in the foreign currency amount, so you are able to verify it to the transaction that you just performed. However, when the transaction is submitted to the Bank, the amount will be automatically converted into US Dollars. Your bank statement will always show the converted US Dollar amount.

Can I report my card lost or stolen?
Yes. Doing so will deactivate your card and any one-time or recurring transactions will be blocked. If you need a new card, please visit any Blackhawk Banking Center location or call Client Services at 866.771.8924.
