February 28, 2023 (Beloit, WI) – Blackhawk Bank is honored to announce Dave McIntyre as the 2022 Blackhawk Bank Spirit Award Winner.
The Blackhawk Bank Spirit Award is the highest honor the Bank bestows upon an employee. It is an annual recognition and represents the team member who best exemplifies exceptional qualities of our Core Values. The recipient is nominated by their fellow employees and further support by a direct supervisor.
