Years of Experience

Andy began his banking career with Blackhawk Bank, in 2004.  Prior to joining the bank, he served as Vice President of Organizational Development at the Rockford Chamber of Commerce.  His outstanding banking skills and intimate knowledge of the local market give him the unique perspective of what it takes to nurture and grow a business in Rockford and Winnebago County. He leads the Business Banking team by planning and executing key initiatives focused on providing clients the best possible Business Banking experience. 


Andy attended Rock Valley College in Rockford, IL and Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, UT.

Ever committed to local businesses and manufacturing, Andy is a member of the Rockford Chamber of Commerce, RMA and Women of Today's Manufacturing.  

Hobbies and Interests

Andy and his wife, Chanin, have two children and live in Winnebago. During his free time, he enjoys camping, trap shooting, and fantasy football.

Fun Facts

Andy was the Assistant General Manager for the Rockford Cubbies for seven years.  He served under the direction of then-Chicago Cubs President, John McDonough.

Upon leaving the Rockford Chamber, former Rockford Mayor Doug Scott proclaimed November 23, 2004 as Andy Williams Day.
