What to do if your Debit MasterCard is lost or stolen:

Login to your NetTeller Account > click the Options tab > click the ATM/Debit Card tab.
Check the box under Lost/Stolen, then click Submit. 
When the next screen appears, click Submit once again and the card will be closed immediately. A new card will automatically be ordered and mailed to your current address on file with the bank.  If you would not like to receive a new card, contact Client Services at 866-771-8924 or nethelp@blackhawkbank.com within one business day of the card closure.  Please note: Cards that have been reported as Lost/Stolen may not be reactivated.

Before calling: have your account number and your 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) available. The first time you call, your PIN will be the last 4 digits of the primary account holder's Social Security Number. To protect your accounts, you will be asked to enter a new PIN, which you will then use for all future inquiries.
